Re: History of BNC mount

In design for a truly silent studio camera,(NC- 35db, BNC-21db) it was found the most noise after blimping the bod...

Here's the deal: Was stated that "a Mitchell with a hand crank proves that the camera is old, right?" WRONG . Every Mitchell camera featuring an external motor has the abil...

Re: Mitchell Standard S/n 100 Warner Bros for sale
A nice early Mitchell find! It should be noted here that the actual dating and information for this camera has been corrected on the E-Bay listing but not here. Correction is: this is a late 1927 camera purchased by First National which was soon absorbed by Warners. Remarkable that at that late date...

Re: Mitchell DSR16 motor/pwr
Mitt Out Sound, Thought I had a Mitchell motor that could be swapped out with the 24V. After some digging, found will not fit the housing without a lot of machining to convert. Not many of these cameras made. Probably few 110AC motors sold since intended for field use. Not to say somewhere one could...

Re: Mitchell SSR16 #118 for sale with extras
Hi SSR MOS, Well, yours makes 3 other of these out there that I now know of. Camera did not sell. Had it briefly on E-Bay and put it back in the lobby display, I have a variable high amp DC power supply on the bench and as I remember, the camera wanted slightly more than 12VDC to get to 24FPS probab...
