Hello Martin,

I checked my personal records and did not find any information on your camera. I actually don’t have much of anything from Walt Disney Productions.

John,

I found the other photo I had of BNC 10!!!! At least i believe it is #10 since it’s painted on the side door. I keep good records and did indicate I had 2 photos. It’s just my photo filing system leaves a bit to be desired! Although you will have to do some research as to what movie this photo is from. The movie, once identified, will help us confirm the use of BNC10. I described it cryptically as “Cardiff, Prince, Olivier, Showgirl”. All great names! That should give you an easy time figuring it out. Let me know what you find.

Mark

I found which movie it is from; The Prince and the Showgirl with Marilyn Monroe, 1957!

...also it’s now certain this is actually your camera as it’s not only a Warner Brothers film (original owner of BNC10), but it was filmed in England!

Lilybettina,

I just checked and I have nothing on 146 (either a Standard or NC). Do you know the original owner of your camera? You can find out through this website by Registering your camera for a small fee. The fee helps maintain this website.

If you do register your camera, you will need to send pictures. If you don't know what model camera it is, we can help if you post some pictures on this blog.

Once you know the original owner of the camera, this really may help you searching for history on it.

In the previous postings about BNC #10 blimp magazine cover, the owner John was really lucky to have 2 pictures of it in use. That really is not common.
